Frank W. Piazza has been practicing law for over 33 years and mediating since 2008. He has participated in literally hundreds of mediations. As a mediator, he holds certifications in county, circuit civil, and family law. He is also a qualified arbitrator.

Schedule Your Mediation or Arbitration
To schedule a mediation or arbitration, please select your preferred date and time from the calendar and provide the requested information. That will automatically create a ZOOM meeting and generate an email containing the logon instructions (I use ZOOM for both video and telephonic mediations). Thereafter, I will email you to confirm receipt of that information and to discuss any additional particulars.

Rates for Mediation & Arbitration
I offer both ZOOM (video and/or telephone) and live mediations. My rate for mediation and arbitration services is $400 / hour with a 2.5 hour minimum for two party conferences. Additional time is billed in quarter-hour increments. For conferences that require in-person attendance, or involve more than two parties, additional fees will apply. A mediation may be canceled or rescheduled more than 5 days before the time of the scheduled conference. Cancellations occurring within 5 days are subject to a cancellation fee of 2.5 hours.
